SPEED WM 2011/2012

The Institute for Innovation and Enterprise are pleased to announce that they will be running a fourth cohort of the SPEED WM programme starting in September of this year.  This 5 month programme will support students and recent graduates who wish to start their own business within the West Midlands region.  The programme will offer training, mentoring and incubation along with a limited amount of financial support to assist regional entrepreneurs to achieve their dream of becoming their own boss.  We are currently asking for expressions of interest to be sent to speed@wlv.ac.uk before the end of June 2011.

Please forward this email to any students or graduates who you believe may benefit from this SPEED WM opportunity.  If you require A4/ A5 flyers or further information, please contact
s.g.taylor@wlv.ac.uk or phil.law@wlv.ac.uk

Eligibility: Applicants must not already be trading; they must intend to set up their business in the West Midlands region and be prepared to register their business formally in October of this year.  The programme is part funded by ERDF and as such is only open to nationals of the European Union.
