Ever come across a poorly designed marketing campaign and thought ‘I could do that better’... We want you! VERB are looking for a design intern from August, to work in our exciting business. We're young and we're growing, so we don't just want someone for the summer but someone on a permanent basis. You'll get to help build elements of the company from the ground up, and we can guarantee you will come away from this job having gained loads of skills, a real sense of entrepreneurship and probably a few sleepless nights.

Your responsibilities will be far reaching as you immerse yourself within the workings of the company. These will include brainstorming and input on executing branding and marketing as well as designing and implementing clients digital assets. We are based in Mattingley, Hampshire near Reading and would expect you to be in the office with us, or liasing with clients. Work hours are from 10am till 6pm, Monday to Friday.The Interview will be the clincher and will demonstrate to us whether you are right for VERB.

The Intern will be involved in the following areas:
Developing business concepts alongside our Creative Director
Produce branding assets from guidelines & from scratch
Working within the design team to build websites page by page
Input on marketing campaigns
Brand social media assets

Requirements:
A strong portfolio of prior work (we will also set a design test as part of the procedure to assess your skills and innovation)
Extremely hard working
Strong written English
Preferred 2:1 in your chosen degree (but we could overlook this)
Strong Microsoft Office Skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Proven interest and capability with understanding and utilizing social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin, Google + etc.)
