We’re a little different. We don’t respond to briefs, we write them. We don’t just work for brands, we create them. We refuse to pitch, and we change the way sectors think. We’ve built reputation as an agency that produces market leading creative work, mixed with innovative and market changing strategic thinking. We’re specialist at creating, rescuing, and building brands.
We’ve done it in the past, creating some household names and ‘CoolBrands®’ along the way. And we’re in the process of doing it again, but this time it’s a brand of our very own, conceived an built solely by Propaganda. In 2009 we launched Illamasqua into a sector that many said was impossible to crack. In four short years our premium beauty brand has been labelled a ‘cult’ brand by British Vogue, has become an acclaimed global phenomena within it’s sector, and is giving the market leading leviathans a run for their money. It’s just one of our success stories, and proves how solid our creative work and thinking is.
We’re looking for a designer to join our team in Leeds. So if you’re a skilled designer who’s great at working in a team, you understand the value of brand strategy, and you like the sound of the above, then please get in touch. We’re looking for a portfolio of work that demonstrates great creativity, ideas, and craft across print, brand, identity, illustration, digital, and packaging, in a range of different styles from corporate, to consumer to fashion. Video experience is a welcomed bonus, as are awards.

Phil credits his time spent at the University of Wolverhampton as having had a great influence on his career.
“The degree I did at Wolverhampton helped shaped my career in design enormously. We were always challenged to push the boundaries and think differently. I still try to apply this thinking today. Also the web was really just in its infancy back then, but when I look back on some of the digital projects we produced still stand up today.
“I enjoyed really getting underneath a project. Researching it fully (in the library as opposed to internet!). Challenging thinking and perception. As long as the idea worked and it was on brief we had free reign to do, and use, whatever media we wanted.” said Phil

The captivating anatomy app for children features some great artwork work from illustrator and designer Kelli Andersen who over created 200 illustrations of bones, veins, muscles and other components that comprise the interactive environment as well as the stop motion video shown above.
