Graphic Designer - University of Wolverhampton

The Mac screen is your canvas, the mouse is your brush. Yes? Fine, but that’s just the half of it. You’re also a key image creator for an internationally respected institution. We have a brand to manage, many markets to engage and a mission to accomplish.

To fill this seat, you’ll need a marketing mind to complement an artistic hand. Photoshop and InDesign will be familiar friends in crafting extraordinary artwork. You’ll be able to guide a project from conception through to print. You’ll help art direct photo shoots when required, and manage parts of the photographic library. You’ll also be comfortable presenting to, and liaising with, both marketing and academic colleagues. Producing print-ready artwork for prospectuses, flyers, posters, display stands and more, you’ll target students, as well as internal communications and external business markets including research, international and Alumni. Crucially, you’ll be a custodian of the brand, questioning in your approach and meticulous in your regard for quality and accuracy.
